Jake

of breeds, the English bull terrier. His Australian Kennel Club show title was "jackarobbie
jackaroo". Jake was a proud animal and finished at the top of every Australian

Sadly, his show and stud career came to an abrupt end when he was severely
poisoned at the height of his fame. Although treated at the prestigious
University of Sydney Veterinary Hospital, there was nothing that modern medicine

But Mary, Jake's mum, was not about to give up. Her close friend, an Australian
