Shipping Information
“DEEP FREEZE PACKAGING”
Jake's Cuisine uses deep freeze packaging to keep our products fresh. We
use plenty of dry ice and is shipped by United States Postal Office flat rate
box with insulated packaging.
We encourage Jake's Cuisine orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. Jake's Cuisine is not responsible or liable for deliveries where the customer is not available to receive the order. All orders are final. If our courier fails to deliver your package on time (and your perishables are spoiled), you will receive a refund for your order and shipping charges incurred.
All orders will ship Monday. To ensure that we have adequate stock to fill your order, you must place your order by midnight Thursday. Orders placed on Tuesday or later will ship the following Monday.
